Fall is my favorite season and I can't wait to wear layers again! I find this picture to be a hopeful reminder that fall is on its way and I will soon be able to style myself in over-the-knee boots, tights, and in amazing fur pieces (faux of course) like the gal in the picture...her fur vest is to die for and i'd love to fine one like that myself. Another thing that I am surprisingly excited for are puffer jackets and vests. Why? I have no idea because I don't own a puffer myself, but because it's a big fall trend, it's starting to grow on me. I absolutely love how the gal on the right styled her puffer vest with a belt! Makes complete sense right? By adding on a belt, you give yourself a waistline as well as a flattering figure. I can't wait for the leather puffer jacket by June and the polk dot puffer jacket by Sonia Rykiel to hit the racks at Pink Lagoon. This weeks "Look of the Week" is casually chic and can easily transition from day to night. The recipe for this look includes: 1 long fitted black tank by Sonia Rykiel, 1 steel blue Equipment blouse, 1 Haute Hippie sequin sweater, and 1 pair of patent nude flats by Pour la Victoire. All this look is missing is a great pair of earrings, a ring, and maybe a bracelet or two and then you're set to show this look off to the world If you want to transform this look into a night outfit, try pairing it with a black or printed pump for a fun and flirty look.
